I never thought I'd like a cover of a Beatles' song better than the original but then I heard that Salsa version of 'Can't buy me love' sung in Spanish (possibly) that Vincent danced to on Strictly this Saturday. It's been in my head ever since - love it.

Thought Vincent and Rachel were v. good. Wasn't quite so sure what all the fuss was about over Cherie Lunghi, but then what do I know? Oh and Woe! poor Anton again! Jesse Wallace should have gone really, but then Gary Rhodes was diabolical the week before and got away with it too.

Not really sure about Jodie Kidd. She seems like such a nice person but it's hard to imagine her doing the Latin dances, imagine being 6'2"! A whole foot taller than me. It irritates me no end at work when things are set up to be convenient for tall people but it must be trying for her having to stoop to speak to shortarses like me. I used often to think what an odd time of it Liam Neeson must have in Hollywood. He's something like 6'7" isn't he? Imagine him acting with Al Pacino!

I feel sorry for Anton too (but not as much considering he stupidly got involved in the programme on the BBC before Strictly ... the one in the stupid silver suits). The dancers must sometime weep at the people they are given, but I think he gets the short straw the most.

And I didn't get the fuss over Cherie either - in fact when I watched it I expected her to get panned by the panel.

The programme with the stupid silver suits has passed me by I'm afraid. I vaguely remember seeing a trailer for him doing something else - it wasn't yet another cookery show was it?

Oh and have you been watching It takes two? What on earth has happened to Claudia's clothes? She looked like she had a child's party dress on yesterday - with a very inexpertly turned up hem!
