Today's writer's block thing...

...is "What do you miss most about being a kid?"

and the answer that popped into my head without any thought at all?

Somebody else did the cooking! And the thinking what to have for tea every night.

I'd happily go bankrupt eating M&S readymeals but what with one third of the family having extensive food allergies and the other third not eating anything 'too tomatoey' (ie most pasta sauce that the other one can eat) or 'too spicey' it's a nightmare.
