I always thought that the costumes in the beginning of Chamber of Secrets went a bit over the top with all the Weasley jumper-ness. I'm talking about the scenes at the burrow and particularly when Harry first goes to Knockturn/Diagon Alleys. It's the end of August, I always thought, and I know the British weather can be a bit unpredictable, but surely they're all a bit over-dressed? Because, you know, every character is up to his neck in warm winter woollies, and then has a thick cloak over that. But now I'm not so sure. Last night and this morning it has been pouring with rain and absolutely freezing! I could do with a cloak myself! Seriously, it's August and I'm contemplating putting the heating on!
