Finally, finally got to see all of Be Good Johnny Weir

Fascinating stuff! Laughed a lot, some of it was very sad, but no tears. Really really wanted to take some bleach and a brush to the mouldy tiles in the bath scene with Paris and Viacheslev Romanov - no wonder he said it was grubby. Having read any number of fics where Johnny fanatically cleans the bathroom I was glad to see later on that when he lived alone the tiles were spotless!

In the scene where Johnny cooks steak and then says the grace about keeping Paris safe from drugs - what on earth are they eating? It looks like steak and salad and a Cornish pasty, which would be an odd thing for anybody to eat, but someone watching their diet/weight?

If Paris didn't contribute to the rent/housekeeping then why did it make any difference when he moved out? Why couldn't Johnny afford the bigger apartment on his own if he'd been paying for everything anyway?

I knew from things I'd read that there was no KOI footage but it was weird that it wasn't even mentioned.

Tomorrow I'm going to see Eclipse with my friend K and then we're being 'ladies who lunch'. Not all that bothered about the film, oddly, but looking forward to a day out.
