Marmite is the answer!

I was munching my toast and Marmite during my morning break today and I thought about when I'd started having Marmite instead of apricot jam and it struck me that it was about the same time that I started feeling happy again. Could be the world's biggest coincidence, but the thing about Marmite is that it is stuffed full of B vitamins and just out of curiosity I googled B vitamin deficiency and guess what the symptoms are? Anxiety, stress, insomnia, lethargy, depression. That was me that was! But not anymore, I'm sleeping well, I still have my panicky moments but I'm not constantly on edge and weepy and it's so nice compared to how I felt for the last year or so. Yay Marmite!
